For you

Are You a Walk-In?

A gentle self-reflection. There is no score, no test and no label here, only questions to sit with at your own pace.

How to use this page. Read slowly. Notice which questions make your heart lift or your breath soften. You might write about them, or simply let them rest in you. Nothing here decides who you are. You are the authority on your own journey, and whatever words feel true to you are the right words.

Arrival and turning points

  • Was there a season in my life when everything seemed to change, and a new me began to come forward?
  • Do the people who love me ever say that I seem different from the person I used to be?
  • When I look back at my earlier life, does it feel like my own story, or a story I watched with tenderness?

Memory and identity

  • Do my memories feel more like a film I know well than moments I lived through?
  • Has a new name, a new look or a new way of speaking ever felt truer to me?
  • Which parts of my past do I still treasure, and which have gently fallen away?

Gifts and tastes

  • Have new interests, foods, music or creative gifts arrived in my life that surprised me?
  • Do I sense things, know things or feel things that seem to come from somewhere beyond me?

Home among the stars

  • When I look at the night sky, what do I feel?
  • Is there a star, a place or a light that feels like home?
  • Do I carry a quiet longing for somewhere I cannot quite name?

Purpose and service

  • What do I feel called to do for others, for the Earth, or for the world?
  • What would I do with my days if I trusted that my gifts were needed?
  • When do I feel most like myself, and most useful?

What to do with your answers

Some people find that a few questions resonate and the rest do not. Others feel a quiet “yes” rising in many places, and others find that a different word, such as starseed, wanderer or simply seeker, fits better. All of it is welcome.

  • Write down whatever came up, in your own words.
  • Give yourself rest, nature and gentleness.
  • Thank every version of yourself that brought you here.
  • Find your soul family: people who understand.
  • Explore the types and the traditions to see which descriptions feel like yours.

This reflection is an invitation for personal contemplation. It is not a test, it gives no result, and it cannot tell you who you are. Only you can.
